1. All returns/exchanges must have an MRA # before being sent back. You must email us to obtain this number. Any returns sent back with out this number willl be refused and possibly lost at your expense. We cannot accept responsibility for lost returns with out MRA #. Do not , decide to ship back and item with out requesting a return. You will not refunded and your item may be lost.
2. On the back of your packing slip (this came with your package) are the return instructions, when you submit a return request you will receive the MRA number via email within 2-6 days of receiving this procedure.
3. This MRA Number must be put on the back of your packing slip on the MRA# section. If you do not have this section on your packing slip write this number legibly in the customer comments section.
4. You must return your item with this packing slip to the address provided to you upon notification that you would like to make a return
5. Return your package to our returns department via any package carrier you wish. Tracking is mandatory. REQUIRE PACKAGE TRACKING and provide us the tracking number via email or phone. Failure to provide us with return tracking will delay processing and could possibly lead to loss of item, we do not cover lost returns without tracking info.
6. Return shipping charges are your responsibility and cannot be reimbursed / unless item was defective or shipped in our error
7. Returned items take a minimum of 30 days from date of our receipt of your returned item to be processed and credits/refunds/exchanges issued. Manufacturer defect claims or incorrect fitment claims will be sent to manufacturer for credit this can take 30-90 days.
8. All returns are subject to 25% restocking fees and a processing fee of $10 this is to cover credit card processing fees, our time and resources to process your order and the return of that order. S&H fees either charged or incurred by us to ship(which ever is greater)are always non-refundable,No exceptions. Allthough we may not charge a shipping fees in the event of a return or exchange we will withold the amount it actually cost us to ship to you. All Refunds, credits and exchanges take a minimum of 30 days for credits or replacements to be issued/shipped/dispersed. Fitment issues or assumptions are not covered. Return on new unused products are allowed only. Make sure you have the correct part before you attempt to have it installed. Any returns due to no no longer wanting the item incur a fee of $10 in addition to any other fees or charges. This fee is also charged in the event of incorrect fitment purchased/shipped and a refusal of exchange.
9. Exchanges due to our error will be shipped to you at our expense immediately, price difference must be taken care of by customer. Exchanges due to customer error will be shipped at customer's expense 30 days from the receipt of incorrect item being returned. Price differences must be paid for by customer.
10. If you are making an EXCHANGE please EMAIL us the part number you would like to exchange for. We will reply with the difference due to make an exchange
11. Of course if your item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was shipped there will be no fees to send you the correct replacement item we will even send you a free postage paid shipping label.
